Keeping Things Simple

Sometimes it’s best to stick with the basics.  You can never go wrong with a good pair of jeans, a cozy neutral sweater, and a fun pair of pumps.  I’ve been loving blue shades of suede shoes lately and this navy pair is my newest favorite.  Anybody else ready for spring though?  The forecast is calling for more snow next week but my brain is far past winter already.  I’ve been browsing online for swimsuits, places to visit in Hilton Head (we won a trip there in April!), and healthy recipes to get a bikini body!

Is it just me or does it feel like this week is flying by so fast?  There has been so much happening lately that I’ve felt like each day goes by in a blink of an eye.  A couple weekends ago, TJ and I drove down to Charleston to see a wedding venue we thought was “the one”.  We were about to send the deposit and it didn’t quite feel right so, I did some more research online and found one I am 20x more in love with.  Next week we’ll be driving down again to see that one and hopefully get a date set! Did anyone else have this much difficulty finding the right wedding venue?  Maybe I am just being too picky but it is a lot of money to not be in love with it!  I’ll keep y’all posted on how next week’s venue hunt goes!
