This week is crazy so I admit that I have been slacking on getting these posts up. I try to post at least 3 times a week and even that is difficult sometimes with a full-time job. This blog is definitely a part time job on top of my real job but I am not complaining because I love it! Anyways, I wore this soft, spring-like outfit last night to our friends’ new house for dinner. If you couldn’t tell, I love me some pastels lately. They’re so soft and pretty for this time of year. Speaking of dinner, my friend Amber (you can visit her blog here) cooked the most fabulous dinner last night and she recommended the recipe blog called, How Sweet Eats. She cooked chicken and dumplings along with bacon wrapped green beans and let me tell you… they. were. delicious.
If you’re from the Triangle area, there is a fun Ladies Night Out event tomorrow night in downtown Apex! I will be in Moon and Lola for a good part of it and then over at Stylish Living Apex. But there are SO many other shops participating so check out the photo below for more details! It will be from 6pm-8pm tomorrow, March 12th. The best part is 20% off all participating shops! It will be a fun night out where you can meet some local bloggers too. I’m really excited to meet Kate from Sara Kate Styling and Frill Clothing (who was just on Shark Tank last Friday- how cool is that?!)
