Fitness has always been a really important factor in my life. I grew up sneaking off to the health section in Barnes and Noble, majoring in human bio, minoring in nutrition, and have ran 3 half marathons before graduating college (and realizing I have major granny knees). I’ve talked about Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide workouts before and it is because they are simply some of the best. Each workout is about 30 minutes and you are so sore the next day! I still haven’t been able to stick with the entire 12 weeks but I am determined to this time around. Has anybody else completed the entire 12 weeks? I’d love to know how it went for you!
This app was created by one of my good friends’ brothers and it is SO cool. How would I describe it? It is a social media app solely for finding and sharing workouts for specific muscle groups. It lets you create a short, looping video of a workout move and upload it into a library of videos for that same muscle group.
