Although summer isn’t quite over yet, I’m starting to be a little more picky about anything I add to my closet. With a new season right around the corner, I want to make sure that I’m not wasting money on summer items that I can only wear for one more month! One of my favorite brands to look for a new fall bag is Vera Bradley (who, by the way, got a HUGE makeover and new look – check it out!). They know the right colors to incorporate for each collection of the year and they always look so classic. Today, I’m sharing a new bag from Vera Bradley and it’s getting me excited for fall. I am also loving following along on their latest campaign, #itsgoodtobeagirl, where VB fans are sharing why they love being a girl.

There are a few expected fall trends for this year including bell sleeves, velvet, lace, and anything 70’s inspired. That is the look I was going for in today’s outfit and I’m kind of loving the whole 70’s vibes. I topped it off with my favorite floppy hat and I can’t wait to walk around in it all fall long. The #VeraBradley cross body bag completed the outfit and you can count on seeing this bag many, many times!
