A simple spring lemon pasta salad that makes the perfect side all season long! My secret ingredient for the dressing is @mailleUS Dijon Original, one of the oldest French brands… their mustard has a distinct flavor and texture and is my absolute favorite for homemade dressings!
INGREDIENTS for dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
2 tbsp Maille Dijon Original
1 tsp honey
1 clove of garlic

You’ll also need:
Pasta, peas, feta, arugula, thyme, salt and pepper.

Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
