I hope you all have had a great Memorial Day Weekend. I think the world would be a better place if every weekend included Monday. I’m extremely grateful for those who have served and sacrificed their own lives for our country… as I get older, I become more grateful and there are no words to thank these heroes enough.
I’m using today to get some work done, relax, get back on the healthy eating train, and just catch up on emails since it’s quite rainy outside. We did just get back from a run in the rain and it felt so nice… I haven’t ran in months.
